Shipments and Delivery

Important notice: 

Due to the recent coronavirus health concern precautious, there are interruptions with our product and service deliveries: Photobook/ Calendar/ Cards orders: New orders from Feb 4th onward will expect delivery date after Mar. 1st(may extend) depending on the current situations. Orders made between  Jan 16th and Feb 4th will be delay in delivery to the expectation of after Mar 1st as well. Affected orders within the above dates are eligible for cancellation and refund on conditions that request are made on/before Feb 10th by emailing us your order number at info@tintinphoto.com

Personalized photo printed products (Photobooks, canvas, calendars, cards etc)

Packages are generally dispatched within 10 business days* after receipt of payment and are available for pickup at TinTinPhoto shops or shipped via HongKong post (with tracking number) or SF express. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Additional time is needed for delivery via HongKong post and SF express (local 2-3 days).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. International shipping: varies depending on country please email info@tintinphoto.com for quote.
